Symptoms Have Roots. I Help You Heal at the Source.
You may be feeling anxious, depressed, emotionally reactive, or numb. Maybe your moods shift quickly, or your relationships feel like a struggle. You might be dealing with symptoms labeled as anxiety, bipolar disorder, or depression. But underneath these labels, there’s usually something deeper: old pain, unmet needs, or unresolved trauma.
That’s the level where I work — gently, compassionately, and at your pace.
I Work With Adults Who Are Struggling With:
• Persistent anxiety or internal restlessness
• Depression, numbness, or feeling "shut down"
• Mood swings or emotional overwhelm
• Grief and life transitions
• Patterns of self-doubt, people-pleasing, or perfectionism
• Relationship stress, especially related to early attachment wounds
• The lasting impact of childhood trauma — even if things “looked fine” on the outside
• Difficulty recovering from experiences that felt unsafe, dehumanizing, or invalidating
How I Help:
I'm EMDR-trained, certified in Complex PTSD treatment, and use a polyvagal-informed, somatic approach. I combine nervous system education, mindfulness, DBT-informed tools, and deep relational work to help you feel safer in your body, clearer in your mind, and more at home in yourself.
Healing doesn’t always start with a diagnosis. It starts with understanding what happened to you — and learning to respond to yourself with compassion instead of shame.
